  • We strongly encourage you to complete your loan before starting anything on the project. If you have already started construction we will need to apply to the title company for approval to close your construction loan. Approval from the title company will depend on receipt of all mechanical lien releases.

  • We will work with you to roll your loan into your permanent financing.

  • Interest-only payments will be required while you are building.
