Loan Details

Loan Amount: $500 – $5,000

Interest Rate: 1% APR

Term: One-time payment due at 60 days

Payment Relief: No payments for the first 60 days

This loan is offered as a temporary solution and is not intended for long-term borrowing.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

Be a current Centricity Credit Union member for at least 90 days
Be directly impacted by payroll delays due to the Minnesota Medicare/Medicaid audit
Provide copies of your two most recent paystubs
Have an average net paycheck amount that supports the requested loan amount
- Bi-weekly payroll: up to 3 pay periods
- Weekly payroll: up to 6 pay periods

Credit will be reviewed as part of the application process.
