Important Update on Debit Card Access – Sunday, May 4, 2025
Dear Members,
We want to sincerely apologize to those who have been affected by the ongoing debit card issues affecting some of our Proctor-based members during this system conversion. We understand how frustrating and disruptive this can be, especially over a weekend. We appreciate the feedback we received from members yesterday. We are taking all of the comments and replies into consideration, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Current Status (Sunday):
Our team is actively working with our card processor to implement a system correction. While we had hoped to have this resolved by now, the fix is still in progress. We are working towards a full resolution as soon as possible and will provide another update once the correction is confirmed.
Answers to Common Questions:
- Will we need replacement cards?
- We will address this in future communications as we learn more from our card service provider.
- Will I need to update my payment apps again?
- If you received a new instant issue card directly from one of our branch since Friday (May 2nd) you will need to update your card information within payment apps.
- For those who still have your initial re-issue card received in the mail you should not have to make any changes to payment apps at this time. If this changes we will send out communication.
- What if I’m out of town or unable to come to a branch?
- Please continue to monitor our website for the most current updates.
- Is online banking and bill pay working?
- Most Online Banking and Bill Pay users are not experiencing issues. If you are experiencing issues with these platforms, please contact us or visit one of our five locations at your convenience.
