Can I use all 5 branch locations and ATMs after May 2nd?

  • Yes! You will be able to conduct your banking business at our Hermantown, Duluth, Superior, Denfeld and Proctor branches starting May 2nd!

 

Can I continue to use my online banking as usual?

  • Yes, there will be no change to your username or password unless otherwise communicated.
  • You can download our Centricity Mobile App to access your online banking as well.

 

I am currently a member of Proctor Credit Union- What will happen with my debit card?

  • The Proctor membership can expect to see their new Centricity Credit Union debit card soon! Once activated you can resume utilizing your debit card as normal. It will be important to contact merchants and provide them with your new card information!

 

Do I have to sign the membership agreement that was sent to me?

  • No, there is no action required.

 

Do I need to update my routing number with any creditors or direct deposits?

  • It is not required to be updated upon merger date, however, it will be important for you to update your routing number within a timely manner.

 

Will my ACH automatic payments still be processed as normal?

  • Yes, there will be no interference with your current scheduled payments.

 

What ATMs can I use that will not require a fee?

  • All Money Pass ATMs can be used with no additional charge! A map of all Money Pass ATMs can be found HERE.

 

Can I continue to use my Proctor Credit Union Checks?

  • Yes, however; your routing number should be updated upon re-order.

 

What is the $10 membership fee? Is this charged monthly?

  • No, this is not a monthly fee. The $10.00 is our minimum opening deposit but is held in the savings account so you can become a part-owner and valued member of Centricity Credit Union.

 

I am currently a Proctor member, and they have held $25.00 for my opening deposit- when will I
see the $15.00 back in my account?

  • Once our system fully merge these funds will be made available to you in your savings account.

 

Will Proctor or Denfeld’s hours be changing?

  • No, hours of operation will be the same.

Important Debit Card Information for Proctor Credit Union Members: Your new Centricity Credit Union Debit Card will not be usable until May 1st, 2025. Your Proctor Credit Union Debit Card will remain active and will continue to work until May 1st, 2025.
