When can I lock my rate?

If you are purchasing a home, we can lock in when you have your signed purchase agreement.
If you are refinancing your current loan, we can lock in as soon as we have receive all the required documents to complete your file.

Dear Proctor Members – We recently sent a welcome letter with enclosed documents regarding your membership. These letters are being sent as part of our merge with Proctor Credit Union. This is regarding your current PCU account, not a newly opened account. All PCU accounts are a division of Centricity Credit Union.

No action is needed on your part as these are updated account disclosures that will be effective as of the official merger date of May 1, 2025.
