What documents will you need to bring for pre-approval?

Last two years Federal Taxes and W2’s, last 4 recent pay stubs, a copy of your driver’s license and last two month’s original bank statements.

Dear Proctor Members – We recently sent a welcome letter with enclosed documents regarding your membership. These letters are being sent as part of our merge with Proctor Credit Union. This is regarding your current PCU account, not a newly opened account. All PCU accounts are a division of Centricity Credit Union.
