The Nominating Committee has nominated Mark Thorsten (incumbent) and Scott Christensen (incumbent) to serve on the Board of Directors. In accordance with the bylaws, this year’s election will be done exclusively by mail ballot and there shall be no nominations from the floor. Nominations for elections by mail may only be made by the Nominating Committee or by petition to the Nominating Committee signed by at least 25 members or 5% of the total membership, whichever is greater. The petition must be filed with the Chair of the Board at least 45 days (April 10th, 2021) prior to the Annual Meeting. When nominations are closed, the board chair will appoint staff, ballots shall be distributed, the vote shall be taken and tallied by staff and the results announced.
