Sealed Bid Process:
Members/Non-members will have the opportunity to view the vehicle and submit an official bid within Wednesday, November 1st – Wednesday November 15th.
The person with the highest bid at the end of the period will be contacted and will have the first opportunity to move forward with purchase. If they choose to back out, the person with the second highest bid will be contacted.
We want to encourage people to have their pre-approvals in place before submitting their bid, so in the event they are contacted, they will be ready to move forward with the sale.
Submitting Bids:
The bid form needs to be filled out and returned via email or dropped off at any office in a SEALED envelope, addressed to “BIDS” or something indicating what it’s for.
Official bids are confidential and will not be shared with anyone (including employees).

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License will need to be checked.
Proof of insurance if test driving the vehicle.
(Test Drives will only be offered to those who have serious inquiries or have placed a bid)
