We do not know of any data breach that has occurred as a result of this vulnerability. The potentially vulnerable data is only stored on the device you used to submit the application and is not accessible outside of that device. Still, we are taking immediate actions to resolve it. On Tuesday, February 15th, the form system was updated to mitigate future issues.
