A message from the Centricity Credit Union President/CEO

Dear Member,

Beginning Wednesday, March 18th at noon, Centricity Credit Union will temporarily close all branch lobbies. Our drive throughs, online/mobile banking, and online lending services will remain open. Please connect with us through our drive-throughs at all three locations, ATMs, mobile app, and our Call Center (218)729-7733. Branch lobbies will be closed until at least March 31st, at which time we will re-evaluate as we continue to monitor CDC official recommendations.

While our lobbies are temporarily closed, our hours of operation will be:

Monday-Friday hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM for Drive through services in all 3 locations and the Call Center. You may speak live to a Member Services Representative during those times by calling 218-729-7733 or 1-888-765-3683 or you can Email us at contact@centricity.org
Saturday hours: 9:00 AM – Noon for Drive through services in all 3 locations

Please note:

The wait times in the drive through may be longer than normal. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide you service in a timely manner.
Please avoid bringing in coins as our drive throughs will not be able to process coin deposits or cash conversions.
In-branch services including mortgage closings, financial investments, instant issue replacement debit cards, and access to safe deposit boxes will continue for the time being by appointment only by calling 218-740-2573.

We stay committed to supporting your banking needs. You can still accomplish virtually all banking tasks through ATMs, drive throughs and online/mobile banking. You can also connect with us directly through phone and email. We will be checking the night drop boxes more often throughout the day. We will also expand our Call Center, which will include working directly with loan officers, plus expanding the hours of operation to better serve your needs.
